Enerpower installed a 160KW WindWorld wind turbine, with a hub height of 31 meters and a blade diameter of 24m, which allows Codd Mushrooms to generate 275,000kwh of electricity per year to power their site.

Enerpower are contracted to meter monitor and bill each residential unit according to the number of kWh of energy they use. In addition Enerpower also provide maintenance of the heating system.

Residents at Carlinn Hall enjoy space heating and hot tap water which is provided by a central biomass district heating system.
